Ryan Sharp is a pastor at Impact Church in Southern California who is passionate about helping families know and experience the love of Christ. He has an MA in Organizational Leadership from Talbot School of Theology, and he has been married to his wife Tracy for 17 years and has 3 children. Ryan has missions experience serving with ministries in Haiti, Zambia, Belize, Mexico, and Russia; additionally, he serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Inland Valley Boys and Girls Club, Student Venture Temecula, and Haiti Endowment Fund. In his spare time, he acts as a chaplain for the Menifee Police Department, coaches his son’s sports teams, reads classic literature, travels, and enjoys telling really bad dad jokes. A huge family man, Ryan is honored to be a part of God’s work in aiding Honduran families through Rooted International.  Ryan has served on Rooted's board of directors since 2020.
