Carlos Figueroa is Rooted Intl's Family & Community Relationships Director. He is a husband to Tania and the father of three (Alejandro, Héctor, and Dulce), and he has the heart of a servant.  He has dedicated the last eight years to empowering families in vulnerable situations in Honduras through non-profit organizations, family preservation programs, and community projects in urban and rural areas.  Carlos confessed Jesus as his Lord and Savior as a teenager and has served on worship teams ever since, leading or playing guitar. Shortly after, he earned his Bachelor of Science and Literature at Instituto Cultura Nacional and specialized in computer science at Universidad Católica de Honduras. He is an avid photographer and enjoys exploring towns and their people, telling stories, and cooking for his family.  What Carlos loves about Rooted Intl is the trust it places in its staff to work with freedom and the empathetic support it offers to families.  Carlos always says, "We all have our own story and deserve a chance, one day at a time."
